Pay after you see the work

Because the balance is paid only after you review the preview, you are never asked to pay the full amount for work you have not seen.

Advance payment

The advance covers the start of work. If you cancel before work begins, please contact us; refund requests are reviewed case by case. Once work has started, the advance is used for the work already done.

Balance payment

The balance is paid after your approval and is for work you have already reviewed.

Third-party charges

Domain, hosting and similar charges paid to third parties are generally not refundable by us.
