Do I have to pay the full price first?
No. Only a small advance (about 10%, rounded up) is needed to start. You pay the remaining amount after you see and approve the work, before final handover.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are shown on each service page, from 1–2 days for a landing page. The clock starts once the advance is confirmed and we have your requirements.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain, hosting, API and other third-party charges are quoted separately, so there are no hidden development fees.
How do I pay?
Pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer using the details shown when you order, then enter your Transaction ID.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. When the preview is ready you can request revisions from your dashboard before approving.
How do I track my order?
Use your tracking number on the Track Order page, or log in to your dashboard with the tracking number and phone number.
